Full Moon Releasing Ritual

So I'm going to share with you a few of the rituals and spells that I do during a full moon. This first ritual I actually got from @MysticxLipstick several months back. Its a great ritual for releasing and I do it every full moon.

To start the ritual I fire up the candles on my alter and I light some sage incense. Sage is great for clearing negative and unwanted energy. On my alter I have a candle to represent all of the elements as well as a white candle for purity and strength. Each candle has been consecrated and dedicated to the element that it represents.

After I light my candles and incense, I meditate. In the meditation I ask the Spirits to reveal to me anything that I need to release. Once I feel that I have everything that I want to let go of for that particular full moon, I get a piece of paper (this paper can be torn out of a notebook or a scratch piece of paper. It doesn't have to be special) and I write this exact phrasing to start the release:

I demand that all celestial beings, bodies, programs, implants, thought forms, frequencies, vibrations, and patterns that are enabling the energy I'm intending to release and anchoring any dense energy in my field to leave my energy through all space, time, and dimension; on every layer of my existence and all energy that my being is comprised of. YOU HAVE NO PLACE HERE!

After I write that phrase I begin listing out all of the things that I want to release. Then, I close it by writing:

I declare all these things to be so and in perfect alignment with my greatest and highest good.

I then fold the paper as small as I can, light it using the flame of my white candle, and drop it into my cauldron which also sits on my alter. While it is burning I repeat the first statement out loud over and over until the paper is completely burned. (NOTE: PLEASE ONLY DO THIS PART IN A WELL VENTILATED ROOM [OR OUTSIDE] AND IN A FIREPROOF CONTAINER [METAL, CLAY OR GLASS]) After the paper is completely burned I pour holy (moon) water on it (there will be a separate post on how to make this) and flush it down the toilet. Then I clean the toilet. DO NOT POUR THE ASHES OR WATER COVERED ASHES INTO THE GROUND! Mother Earth is fertile and she will cause that energy to not only return to you, but grow. This is counter productive to what we're trying to do here. Also cleaning the toilet is imperative! It removes lingering energies from the ritual.

If you are not in a place where you can burn the paper the alternative is to rip it into tiny pieces and flush it down the toilet. Flush the toilet as many times as it takes to get all the pieces to go down. Again, repeat the first statement as you're watching the pieces of paper go down the toilet, and clean the toilet afterwards.
